SPATIAL DESIGN

Spatial Design focuses on the flow of people between multiple areas of interior and exterior spaces.

This Spatial Design product gives you what you need to start developing your development/refurbishment idea into an action plan, get better price indications for any projects, communicate with trades, and increase your chances of finding financial and JV partners.

Spatial Planning is a form of interior design that focusses on the function of the space as well as its appearance and feel. Since the spatial design of a space manipulates how we feel about it and how much we enjoy living in it, Spatial design uses specific design strategies and psychology of spaces to offer the user of the space the best possible experience.

When dividing the interior of a building into functioning rooms, spatiality is at play. Space, divided by walls, creates elements - each of which should relate to one another proportionally. This is a critical part of designing within a limited space (the footprint of a floor).

Spatial decisions are based on human proportions and the way we use the space: practicality and efficient use of space is traditionally the role of the architect, which has now largely become the area of work of the interior designer. It generally precedes Interior Design (which mostly focusses on the choice of colours, elements, materials, styles, and so on) and it can either be an integral part of it or a stand-alone phase in a renovation project.

This Spatial Design product gives you what you need to start developing your idea into an action plan, get better idea of price for any projects, communicate with trades, and increase your chances of finding financial and JV partners.

what customers say

I can help you get the most of your property, whether it is for rental, or sale. Do not take my word for it. This is what my customers say:

Valeria is an absolute pleasure to work with, full of creative ideas to make the most of the space she is working with, and is very happy to work with a budget and accommodate your timelines as far as possible. She has a great eye for design and we are very happy with the work she has done for us for our serviced accommodation business. I would happily recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future.
