The bedroom door was re-designed into a trendy sliding door to save space, allow to move the bed away from wall, and give the room more character, the old fashion fascia of tiles in bathroom was replaced with a modern white tile to refresh the look, and the kitchen saw a change in the cupboard handles and floor colour to better suit the whole scheme. Refurbishment quote was estimated to be £3,000.
